Mineração Morro do Ipê held the 2025 Social Responsibility Showcase, bringing together employees, the community, and partners for a program focused on knowledge sharing and integration.
The opening featured a short course on archaeology and heritage preservation, equipping employees to act as ambassadors for knowledge and preservation initiatives.
This was followed by the awards ceremony for the Environmental Value Program’s Photography Contest, themed “Cultural Heritage: Valuing Local Identity.” Families and teachers attended the ceremony, where winners received baskets of local products and electronic goods. They also took part in guided tours of the company’s Plant Nursery and the Wildlife Care and Rescue Center (CARF).

Next, a special edition of the “Conversa Online” (Online Talk) was held, focusing on Conscious Capitalism and debating ethics, governance, and business sustainability. The Showcase also included a Local Producers and Partner Companies Fair, strengthening ties with the local community.
The program concluded on December 15th with the delivery of gifts from the Solidarity Christmas campaign, where Ipê employees “adopt” letters written by children from regional schools. Approximately 300 toys were donated, bringing joy and reinforcing the company’s social commitment.
