Caring for the physical and mental health and safety of every professional is a priority at Morro do Ipê. This care extends far beyond the workplace; it begins at home and is strengthened within the company. For this reason, the Family Visit Program was created to bring the company even closer to those who make all the difference in our employees’ lives: their families.

In its first edition, held in May, more than 20 families were welcomed at Ipê. They had the opportunity to tour the facilities and gain a better understanding of daily operations. By bringing families into the operation, the bond with the employees’ primary foundation is strengthened. Opening our doors brings the community closer to the company and allows us to show, with pride, the value of the work being done.

Discussing health and safety is essential. After all, family support is fundamental to keeping professionals protected and engaged. Moments like these reinforce bonds and highlight the commitment to a transparent, safe, and welcoming work environment.
