Social Communication Program
A direct communication channel between Morro do Ipê and the community, featuring informational campaigns and a 24/7 grievance hotline, in addition to the Community Service Center, Casa Ipê.
Socioeconomic Indicators Monitoring Program
Tracks data across 10 key dimensions in the municipalities, including health, education, safety, human development, and others.
Health and Epidemiological Control Program
This program establishes health prevention measures through educational campaigns and actions to mitigate and control disease outbreaks.
Programa de Recrutamento e Priorização de Mão de Obra e Fornecedores Locais
Promotes local skills and increases employability potential in the municipalities. The initiative also contributes to income generation and supports the local economy.
Environmental Education Program
Targeted at both internal and external audiences, the program reinforces values, practices, and the dissemination of information on key topics such as water resources, wildlife, vegetation, solid waste, and fire prevention.
Sustainable Development Policy
Defines guidelines, values, and general principles for Mineração Morro do Ipê’s objectives and commitments regarding environmental requirements, people’s health and safety, and social responsibility.

Zero Accidents Program – PAZ: PAZ fosters a culture of health and safety aimed at eliminating accidents at Morro do Ipê. Executives, managers, and employees monitor risks, promote safe behaviors, and recognize preventive actions—reinforcing collective responsibility for operational safety.
Ipê Volunteers Program
